Who am I?


I'm a wife and mom with a love for food, exercise, and people. 

What I Stand For
Health starts with food. As the saying goes, You are what you eat, I couldn't agree more. Food is the most important drug we can take - it affects our body, mind, and quality of life. I support eating real, whole foods like fruits, veggies, fats and meats in proportions that fit individual needs.
Fitness is goal-dependent. But we should share the same aim: to incorporate fitness as a means to improve quality of life. Exercise should enable us to effectively live out our daily lives while preventing injury. 
Stress and sleep. Health is all-encompassing. The equation doesn't end with diet and exercise alone. We need to ensure a healthy lifestyle that manages the daily grind and include ways to relax all to keep a sense of balance.
